Returns & changes

Resolve changes before they become costs.

In this guide

Review quantities, dimensions, and finish selections while the project is still a plan. The saved-room tools let you revise or undo a working selection without placing an order.

An edit is different from an order change

Once an order has been sent, changing a saved plan does not change that submitted record. Keep the order reference and describe the specific line, quantity, or finish you want reviewed through the confirmed contact channel.

Furniture decisions become clearer when the model, room and cost stay together.

Terms still to be confirmed

Customer cancellation, return, damage-reporting, and warranty terms are not finalized for this preview. No return window, refund amount, or cancellation right is promised here. Those terms must be provided before a real purchase, especially for configured or custom-size items. See contact details for the current preview status.

Resolve uncertainty while the plan is still editable

It is easier to correct a selected finish or quantity in a plan than after an order has moved forward. Review the exact configuration, room count and selling unit before sending the basket. If an image and your selected finish appear different, use the option labels and verified samples as references and ask for clarification.

The materials guide explains why a digital sample is a reference rather than proof of a physical match. A room that depends on a particular material pairing deserves that check before the selections are treated as final.

Keep a record of the requested change

Use the model number, selected configuration and quantity when describing a revision. Explain whether it affects one room or every occurrence of the item. A new note does not automatically change an earlier order or establish that a change can still be accepted.

  • Identify the order reference and affected product.
  • Describe the original choice and the requested replacement.
  • Check any price difference and revised quantity.
  • Ask whether the stage of the order permits the change.

Confirm the terms before committing

Return eligibility, cancellation rules, custom selections, fees and damage procedures depend on the final business terms. Those terms are still placeholders in this preview. Do not assume a return window or a no-cost change from the presence of this page.

Keep the final written terms with your order record. For receiving questions, review delivery planning. For the steps before an order is sent, use the ordering guide.
