Frequently asked questions
Questions before you build the budget.
Start with the questions below, or use the help center to find the guide for your next step.
What does the listed price cover?
A product page shows its base or starting price and selling unit. Required choices can change the configured price. The furniture subtotal excludes shipping and tax.
Is my budget allowance a delivery estimate?
No. It is a figure you enter for planning. Keep it separate from confirmed supplier or service charges.
What happens when I copy a room?
The new room retains the saved furniture, selected finishes, quantities, and prices. It can be edited independently. The copy preview shows the resulting furniture total.
Will a saved price stay fixed?
A saved plan is a snapshot. Current prices and available options are checked when you move the selection into the basket.
Can I open the plan on another device?
Projects currently belong to this browser on this site. Clearing cookies or changing browsers can remove access. Download the saved PDF to keep a separate reference.
Can I place a paid order here?
This is a test preview. Sending an order stores the details and sends an internal notification. The website does not take online payment.
How should I compare two furniture prices?
Compare configured versions with the same intended use. A starting price can exclude a selected seat, finish or size. Check the selling unit and included components, then use the chosen quantity to see the difference at room level. A small unit-price difference becomes more visible when repeated across a dining area.
Can one budget contain several rooms?
Yes. Name the room or zone on each saved selection, then save the changes to group the items. The budget planner shows room subtotals beside the project total. A room copy carries the saved furniture, finishes and quantities into a separate group that can be edited independently.
Does the project sheet place an order?
No. The download is a record of the saved project. It includes the selected finishes, quantities and saved prices, along with the budget and allowance. Review current prices in the planner before moving items to the basket. The ordering guide explains the separate sending step.
What if a measurement is missing?
Do not fill the gap by estimating from the photo. Check the listed specifications and any confirmation note, then include the outstanding question with the product reference. The room planning guide helps keep those questions attached to the correct area.
Are shipping and tax part of the displayed total?
The furniture subtotal reflects the selected items and options. Shipping and tax need confirmation for the actual order. Keep your own allowance separate, and provide the destination details described in delivery planning.
