Venue Foundry is being tested as part of the Visual Media Factory furniture website project. Please use sample contact details in this preview. The legal operator, public contact information, and customer shipping and returns terms are still being prepared.
What an order record contains
When a test order is saved, its record contains the contact fields you entered, chosen furniture, quantities, starting prices, and project notes. It also identifies the website used and retains campaign labels when they are present. These records appear in the private central dashboard and are delivered to the internal test inbox. They are not sent to the furniture catalog supplier.
How cookies and measurement work
The basket and forms use essential session cookies. We also measure preview steps: product viewing, saving a plan, adding furniture, opening the order form and submitting a test order. These steps are connected by a separate random reference until 30 minutes without activity. Measurement records contain neither contact information nor IP addresses or raw session cookies, and expire after 90 days. Known bots, authenticated workspace users and browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded. Hosting security logs may retain request metadata. This preview has no advertising trackers or customer emails. Never enter payment information.
Access to your saved budget plans
Saved budget plans live privately on this server with separate records for each brand. Plans hold their names, notes, configured furniture, quantities, saved prices, and finish references. This browser gains access through a secure essential cookie with a maximum life of 400 days. Removing cookies or switching browsers loses access to saved plans. Account recovery and project-sharing links are not provided in the preview. Archived plans remain restorable through the budget planner. Keep contact and payment information out of planning notes.
When records will be reviewed
Test orders and saved plans are retained throughout development. The proposed policy for customer records is a review 24 months after their last activity, before any deletion decision. Automatic deletion has not been switched on.
