Materials & finishes
Compare the configuration, then compare the cost.
Material and finish decisions belong in the furniture budget. Start with the product's stated frame and surface information, then select the available choices to see the configured price.
Read the listing at product level
A broad collection such as wood chairs or metal chairs helps narrow the search. Construction, seat options, and dimensions still vary between models. Review each product's specifications rather than applying a category label to every component.
Keep the exact choices
Save the frame and seat selections with the quantity in your budget plan. Different combinations of the same model should occupy separate lines when their finishes or prices differ. Verified finish thumbnails identify selected references; the main photo may show another configuration.
Confirm the surface before buying
Screen appearance is a reference, not a physical finish approval. Ask about material samples, care instructions, and the suitability of the exact product for its intended use before finalizing the order.
Compare the version, not just the finish name
Two products can use similar color labels while having different materials, textures or frame treatments. Open the full product record and look at the stated construction beside the available options. A wood seat and an upholstered seat are separate choices even when their colors appear close on screen.
When comparing chairs with bar stools, record the finish selected for each model. Do not assume that one finish label applies across every collection. Use the selected option names and their verified references to keep the comparison specific.
Keep the material decision in the budget
Work through the configuration before comparing unit prices. Some choices change the amount, while others are dependent on an earlier selection. Save the completed version to the budget planner so the material choice stays attached to its price.
If two rooms use different upholstery on the same model, create two configured lines. That makes the quantities, finish references and room costs readable without relying on a note to explain the difference.
Check care and placement for the actual product
Use the listed indoor or outdoor classification for the selected piece. An outdoor category or a similar-looking frame is not a substitute for that product's specification. Covered patio restrictions deserve their own check.
Cleaning instructions, physical samples and compatibility questions should be confirmed for the actual material before use. Keep those questions with the room plan, then review them before sending the order.
